“In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, your participation in online gaming competitions organized by Top Tombola Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom with registration number 14772799, Throughout these terms and conditions, Top Tombola Ltd will be referred to as ‘Top Tombola,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our.’ It is essential that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy before entering any of our online gaming competitions.
- The Entry:
You may be request to answer a question before being able to enter a competition. Answering the question demonstrates the element of skill or knowledge required to be eligible, alongside the agreeance of paying the set fee to be entered into the draw in question.
- Payment:
Payment for entry will be made in pounds sterling (GBP) by the entrant through the secure payment gateway on our website. The terms and conditions governing the payment process will apply.
- The Entrant:
The term “entrant” encompasses all individuals who enter the competitions online or through other methods as provided by the promoter on various platforms.
- The Winner:
The result of the draw, as announced by Top Tombola Ltd, will be final, and no discussion or correspondence about the decision will be entertained with any entrant who is not declared the winner.
Top Tombola Ltd will promptly contact the winner using the contact number and/or email address provided by the winner during the registration process. In case of cash prizes, winners will be requested to provide their bank details for payment processing. Entrants are solely responsible for providing accurate contact details, which should remain valid for at least 7 days following the draw. Once an entry has been submitted, Top Tombola Ltd will not amend any contact information for an entrant. If the contact details are found to be incorrect, and we cannot contact the winner by telephone or email, a new draw will be conducted, and a new winner will be selected. Top Tombola Ltd reserves the right to re-run the draw to find a new winner if the original winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw. The original winner who provided incorrect contact details will have no claim to the prize.
The winner will be randomly chosen once the maximum number of entries has been reached or the set end date has been reached. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, which must match the details provided during the competition entry. Subject to the winner’s consent, a photo or testimonial may be taken for use on the website or social media pages.
- Competition Duration:
Each competition will run until the maximum number of entries has been met. The prize may still be awarded at the promoter’s discretion even if the maximum number of entries has not been met. However the date may be brought forward if the entries are sold sooner than the closing date. Top Tombola Ltd reserves the right to extend the competition’s closing date if necessary to meet the minimum ticket sales required to fund the prize and sustain future competitions. This condition is clearly stated in our terms and conditions, accessible to all participants.
- General:
6.1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
By participating in the competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions, and they are legally bound by them.
Marketing Consent:
By entering our online gaming competitions, you agree to receive marketing communications from Top Tombola Ltd. and our selected partners. These communications may include promotional offers, newsletters, and service updates. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by contacting us at info@toptombola.co.uk. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your participation in the competitions.
If you do not wish to receive marketing communications, please do not check the box.
6.2. All entrants must provide the promoter with the contact details requested, including email address, contact number, and full name, for the purpose of notifying the winner. The winner may be asked if their name and prize, along with the date of winning, can be displayed in the winner’s section of the promoter’s website and social media platforms, in compliance with the legal transparency and privacy policy.
6.3. It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide the promoter with correct and up-to-date contact information. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any failure or inability to make contact with any entrant due to errors in providing inaccurate information.
6.4. By entering the competition, the entrant confirms their legal capacity to do so, having read and fully understood these terms and conditions, and being bound by them and any other relevant requirements stated in promotional material.
- The Competition:
7.1 Multiple Winner’s per Competition: In some competitions, there maybe more than one winner. If an entrant has purchased multiple tickets, their chances of winning are still valid, but if the same entrant’s name is drawn more than once, only their initial win will be counted. Subsequent draws will occur until all unique winners are selected.
Eligibility: This offer is available to individuals aged 18 and above residing in the UK. Valid proof of identification may be required to access the complimentary tanning services.
Limitations: Each individual is entitled to this offer. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
7.2 Upon participating in the Competition, all Entrants recognize that their payment for each entry to respond to the Question (if applicable) and, consequently, their entry into the Competition, does not, in any manner, assure them of winning the prize.
7.3 Only completed Entries that include the correct answer as determined by the Promoter will be considered for entry into the Competition. In the event of an incorrect response to any question (if applicable) on the website, entrants will still incur charges.
7.4. Entrants must ensure they comply with the laws of their country of residence when entering the competition. The promoter will not be liable if an entrant enters the competition unlawfully.
7.5. The competition, its administration, and all associated activities are governed by English Law. The County or High Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute arising from the competition or its administration.
7.6. The promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any entrant if there are reasonable grounds to believe they have contravened these terms and conditions or acted in a way considered illegal.
7.7. All paid entries become the property of the promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
- How to Enter:
8.1. There is no restriction on the frequency of participation in a competition, except when the competition rules state a maximum entry count per individual. Generating multiple accounts to submit entries for contests with limited ticket allocations will be considered a violation and invalidate all submissions. We urge the entrants to play responsibly.
8.2. To enter a competition, an entrant must provide their contact details (including postal and email addresses and a telephone number) and card payment details (for the entry fee only). Once the entry is submitted, the entrant’s card payment will be electronically approved. No payment details will be retained by Top Tombola Ltd.
8.3. The competition will close when the maximum number of entries and/or the closing date is reached, or it may be brought forward if entries are sold sooner than the closing date.
8.4. All entries to the competition are final, and no refunds will be given, except in the case of entries submitted after the closing date or if the competition is canceled.
8.5. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition’s result following the determination of the winner as described above.
8.6. The usual requirement under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to these prize competitions.
8.7. Free Entry Route: Free entries will be processed in the same manner as paid entries, including inclusion in the ‘Live Draws.’ Hand-delivered postal submissions are not valid, and bulk entries will be consolidated into one and limited to one entry per postcard.
Non-barcoded everyday stamps and outdated first and second class stamps are not acceptable for postal submissions.
Postal entries must be received before the draw’s conclusion to be eligible.
If the total number of paid entries reaches a predetermined cap or limit before your entry is received, it will not be considered for the draw.
The promoter will not confirm or engage in communication regarding the receipt of your free entry or the accuracy of your answer (if applicable).
Standard competition terms and conditions are applicable to free entries.
“To participate in any of our competitions without payment, you must send a stamped, unenclosed postcard.
Please include your Name, Address, Date of Birth, Contact Phone Number, Email Address, and the name of the competition, along with your answer to the question if applicable.
We take your privacy seriously, and rest assured that your information will be handled securely.”

- Closing the Competition:
If the winner cannot be contacted by the promoter within 7 days of being notified of their status as the winner, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner, who will then have 7 days to accept the prize using the same contact methods as the original winner. The original winner will have no claim to the prize after the alternate winner is selected.
- Selecting Winner:
10.1. The winning entrant will be selected via a live draw, with each entrant assigned a unique number. The draw will use a random number generator, and all draws will be conducted live within 48 hours of the competition closing.
10.2. Full details of the draw date and time will be confirmed once the competition has concluded via our website. This decision will be made within 48 hours of the competition’s close.
10.3. Entry lists will be displayed on the competition website, including the draw date and time.
10.4. There will only be one winner per competition unless otherwise stated.
- Prize:
11.1. The promoter assumes ownership of any prize presented from the moment the competition is active until the successful handover, as delineated in section 6.
11.2. The promoter refrains from making representations or providing warranties regarding the prize, including its value, condition, or any information presented on the website. No warranty or valuation of the prize is implied or provided. Entrants are advised to exercise prudence, conduct their own inquiries, and seek legal advice before participating in the competition.
11.3. The prize will exclusively be what is awarded at the time of the draw, and no alternative options will be presented under any circumstances.
11.4. All non-cash prizes will be posted to the address provided by entrants in their accounts.
11.5. If prize collection is available, it will be the sole responsibility of the winner to collect it from the addresses provided, unless otherwise agreed between the promoter and the winner.
11.6. The winner may be required to provide proof of age/identity and proof of entry into the competition when collecting the prize.
11.7. The prize for the competition will be described on the website, and each competition will have a predetermined prize. Details of the prize are, to the best of the promoter’s knowledge, correct as of the opening date. The Prize may be provided by an external supplier (referred to as the “Supplier”). Information about the Supplier (if applicable) will be made available on the Website.
- Miscellaneous:
12.1. With the winner’s consent only, the promoter may display the winner’s name on the website in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12.2. With the winner’s consent, the promoter may use photos and/or videos taken for promotional purposes, both directly after their win and in any future promotional material.
12.3. Entrants give consent for the promoter to enter their personal details into their database and use the information in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
12.4. The promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time, either before or after tickets have been sold. In case of cancellation, the promoter will return any entry fees paid to each entrant, and the promoter shall have no further liability to the entrant or any other person.
12.5. Personal Injury or Loss, The promoter will not be liable for any personal injury or loss of life (including economic loss) resulting from actions or omissions in developing, planning, and administering the competition, distributing the prize, or any activities following the distribution of the prize.
12.6. Errors or Omissions, The promoter accepts no liability for errors or omissions in prize details, descriptions, specifications, or any other part of the website. Entrants are responsible for verifying the accuracy of this information.
12.7. Incomplete Entries and Computer Communications, The promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an entrant due to incomplete entries or failed computer communications. Losses resulting from the use of the website are also disclaimed.
12.8. An entry shall be declared void (without any refund being given) if the entrant engages in any form of fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, fraudulent concealment, hacking, interference with the proper functioning of the website, or unauthorized use of any of the website’s code.
12.9. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be immediately published on the competition home page.
Eligibility:
13.1. The competition is open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding:

(b) or members of the immediate families or households.
13.2. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The promoter may require you to provide proof of eligibility to enter/accept the competition. Failure to provide the promoter with any such proof or other required information within a reasonable time may result in disqualification from the competition.
13.3. The promoter will not accept competition entries that are automatically generated by computer or incomplete.

The Entrants and the promoter recognize that the promoter may use contact details and other data, including personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998, supplied by the Entrants to the promoter, to administer the Website and conduct the Competition according to these Terms and Conditions.
